The Gap
With separate designers and builders, what gets drawn and what gets built come apart. The drawing does not account for the wall that turned out to be structural, the builder prices around the detail instead of solving it, and when you ask why the finished room is not the room on the page, each side points at the other. Nobody owns the gap.
We design and build the same job, so the person who drew it is accountable for the version you live in. Decisions get made once, in front of you, with the cost and the constraint on the table at the same time.

- Does artificial grass drain?
- It drains through the backing into the base underneath it, which is why the base matters more than the turf. We set a compacted, permeable base and take the water somewhere sensible before the turf goes down.
- Will it get hot in full sun?
- Turf reads warmer than a live lawn in direct sun. Infill choice and shade change how much. We tell you what to expect for your yard rather than promising you will not notice it.
- Is it suitable for dogs?
- Yes, with a base and infill selected for drainage and rinsing. Tell us at the consultation and it goes in the scope.
- Can you build a putting green?
- Yes. Putting green turf is a shorter, tighter product laid over a firmer base, with cups and contours set to how you want it to roll.
- What happens to the sprinklers?
- We cap the irrigation in the turf area and leave the planting zones on their own valve so the beds keep running.
