What we do here

Working In
Los Angeles, California

Los Angeles is not one market. Housing stock, lot sizes, and permitting all change from one part of the metro to the next, so the honest way to describe our coverage is regional: we take remodeling work across the Los Angeles area rather than claiming a presence on any particular street.

What stays the same wherever the address is: the scope is written down before anything is demolished, the contract carries a completion date, and the six services we offer are run by one company instead of a chain of subcontractors introducing themselves to each other on your driveway.

Permitted work goes through whichever jurisdiction the property sits in. We identify that early, prepare the submittal, and schedule the inspections, so the paperwork is our problem and not an errand handed back to you.

Because a Los Angeles project can be a long drive for the homeowner as well as for us, every client gets a private portal. Progress photos, what happens next, and what has been billed all live there, which is how you keep an accurate picture of a job you cannot walk past daily.

Questions

How far across Los Angeles do you travel?
We work across the metro area rather than one pocket of it. Tell us the address on the call and we will say plainly whether it is a job we can staff properly.
Who is my point of contact on a job this far from your office?
The same one either way. Eilon Shoham sets the scope and stays on the project, and distance does not hand it off to somebody else.
Do permit requirements differ across the metro?
They do, because a project can fall under the City of Los Angeles or under one of the smaller cities around it. We confirm which jurisdiction applies before quoting, then carry the submittal and the inspections.
Can you take on more than one trade at a time?
Yes. Running the trades under one contract is the reason a multi-room scope finishes instead of stalling between subcontractors.
How do I follow progress if I cannot stop by often?
Through the client portal. Progress photos, the schedule, and every invoice sit in one place, which matters more the further you live from the work.
Is there a completion date in the contract?
Yes, in writing. If something moves it, you hear that from us the day we know.
How quickly do you reply?
We call you back fast, usually the same day.
