A Written Date
And A Clear View
Of Your Own House

The real fear in a remodel is not the price. It is handing over your house for three months and not knowing what is happening inside it or when it ends. Two things answer that: a completion date written into the contract, and a private portal that shows you where the job actually is.

Part one

The Schedule
Commitment

Every Dreamliner contract includes a written completion date. If that date is going to slip, we tell you as soon as we know, not after the fact.

That is the whole commitment. There is no penalty clause and no credit attached to it, because the point is not a payout, it is knowing where you stand. A date in writing means the schedule is something you can hold us to in conversation, not a moving target you have to keep asking about.

Dates do move on remodels. Anyone who tells you otherwise has not run many of them. What we can control is whether you hear about it from us the day we know, or find out three weeks later when nothing has happened. Here is what actually moves a date:

  • 01

    Permits and plan check

A building department can take longer than anyone expects, and comments can come back that change the sequence of the work.

  • 02

    Inspections

Framing, rough, and final inspections are scheduled around the inspector's calendar, not ours.

  • 03

    Hidden conditions behind walls

Old wiring, failed plumbing, water damage, or framing that was never built the way the plans said. You cannot see it until demolition, and it has to be corrected properly.

  • 04

    Backordered materials

A tile, a slab, a window, or an appliance can slip weeks after it is ordered. When it does, we tell you and we talk through the options.

When one of these hits your project, you get a call or a message with what happened, what it changes, and the new date. Eilon Shoham, the owner, is the person who makes that call. He is on the job, so he is not relaying it secondhand.

Part two

The Client Portal,
Open All Day

A date tells you when it ends. The portal tells you where it is right now. Every Dreamliner client gets a private portal link for their project, so the photos, the schedule, and the money live in one place instead of scattered across text messages.

  • Progress photos

Added as the work happens, so you can see the job on a day you were not there.

  • Schedule and what is next

The current phase, what follows it, and when crews are on site.

  • Payments and invoices

Everything that has been billed, in one running record.

The portal is private to each client. There is no public login, Eilon Shoham sends your link when your project starts.

What accountability means

One Shows The Truth,
The Other Sets The Standard

The portal shows you where the job actually is. The written date tells you where it is supposed to end. Held together, they let you check the work against the plan yourself, on any evening you feel like looking, without waiting for someone to get back to you.

That is what accountability means here. Not a promise to communicate well, which every contractor makes and no homeowner can verify. A date you can point at, and a record you can read.
