Consultation and walkthrough
We walk the space with you, listen to what is not working, and talk through what is realistic. You get a scope you can compare against anyone else's, at no cost.

Design and material selection
Design and construction sit under one contract, so there is no gap between what gets drawn and what gets built. We select finishes together and price them before anyone commits.

Permits
Where the scope requires them, we prepare the submission, answer plan-check comments, and schedule inspections. You do not stand in line at a building department.

Construction
The owner leads the job. Crews are scheduled in sequence, the site is protected and cleaned, and progress photos go into your portal as the work happens.
05
Final walkthrough
We walk the finished work together, list anything that needs correcting, and close it out before the project is called done.
