Estimate requests are not a contract
Submitting the form, receiving a call, or receiving a verbal or written estimate does not create a construction contract. Work begins only under a signed written agreement that states the scope, price, payment schedule, and the notices California law requires.
Consent to be contacted
When you submit the form you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email about your request. Carrier message and data rates may apply. To opt out, reply STOP to a text, tell us on a call, or email info@mydreamliner.com.
Accuracy of the information you give us
Estimates depend on what you tell us and what we can see during the site visit. Conditions discovered after demolition, such as concealed damage, can change scope and price, and any change is documented in a written change order before the work is done.

Pricing and financing
Prices shown or discussed before a written agreement are estimates, not fixed quotes. Financing is available through third-party lenders, and approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender, not by us.

The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits your rights under a signed construction contract or under California law.
Governing law
